Garden of Eden

The Garden of Eden. There is no place like it on Earth. In fact it can’t be found. But why? Well first we need to know what Eden means. It means a delightful place, a paradise/ a state of innocence, bliss, or ultimate happiness. Here’s what I think of it. The Garden of Eden wasn’t a physical place. It was an atmosphere. It was a perfect setting for God to be able to literally be with Adam and Eve. That would also mean that the Earth was not perfect and that there was sin.

It would have been an atmosphere like Heaven or even a part of Heaven. With that being said, when Adam and Eve got kicked out of the Garden, the door was shut. Before that, there was an open door to be with God. But since Adam and Eve sinned, that open door to that perfect atmosphere has been closed. That would explain why nobody can find the Garden of Eden.

But with the Garden of Eden being an atmosphere, it could go anywhere. Hear me out, when you have an encounter with God it has to be in a perfect atmosphere. There are only two places that are perfect. The Garden of Eden and Heaven. With the door of Eden being closed that only means we cannot open it, But it doesn’t mean the door can’t be opened. In Matthew 7:7 it says “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.

So all we have to do is knock on the door of Eden and God will answer the door and we are will enter into his presence. When we have an encounter with God we might very will be in Eden.
