Saturday night I went to Winter Jam. If you don’t know what Winter Jam is, it’s a big concert with multiple bands. This year Skillet, Jeremy Camp, and For King and Country were some of the artists. What I love about Winter Jam is the fact that Christians from every denomination goes and worships together. They don’t care what denomination the person sitting next to them belongs to. That’s what Heaven is going to be like.
Heaven is going to be one huge concert. It’s going to be loud and fun. The music is going to be like the music we have now. I’m sad to say this but it might not be singing old hymns. I mean why would it? We are going to worship the King of kings! It’s going to be amazing! The music is going to be like Skillet and Jeremy Camp. It’s going to be like For King and Country and Brit Nicole. If we’re going to be in Heaven for eternity, it would get pretty boring singing hymns all the time. But the CCM (Christian Contemporary Music) is fun, and energetic. It wouldn’t be that boring.
Winter Jam is a glimpse of Heaven because it brought Christians together. We worshiped God together.
