  1. That’s a powerful blog about martyrs. Many of us Americans don’t want to hear about suffering for Christ. I fear we want “prosperity” and to be left alone in our denial of what’s happening in the world. We shouldn’t develop a “martyr complex,” but the disparity between what some American Christians want to hear and what is going on in other parts of the world disturbs me.
